SDO-X Event Station Member’s Verification

SDO-X Team Management decided to upgrade our SDO-X Event Station system to member privilege page.

Starting from now, you no longer need to go different page or link to do certain changes towards your game account!

We encourage all the SDO-X player to bind your SDO-X game account with your E-mail as soon as possible due to
IF you didn’t bind it, you will facing:
– Cannot purchase any special/ rare avatar that we sell in SDO-X Event Station
– Cannot redeem FREE code/ avatar in SDO-X Event Station

HOW TO BIND E-MAIL WITH SDO-X GAME ACCOUNT?

1. Logon to https://secure2.cib.com.my/xdo/

2. Type the [Game Account(Game Username)] & [Password(Game Password)], TICK I’m not a robot, then press [Login]
*IF YOU FORGET PASSWORD, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE

3. Key in the [Email] that you had registered for your SDO-X Game Account before(register during CiBMall or Fast Register Page), TICK I’m not a robot and press [Submit]
*IF YOU FORGET EMAIL, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE

4. Once you key in the correct email, you will need to login to your email for verification purpose:

**IF YOU FORGOT THE LOGIN OF EMAIL, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE

5. Check is it your [GAME ACCOUNT], and press [VERIFICATION CONFIRM] to proceed:
*Sometime will be in your JUNK MAIL

6. Will redirect you back to SDO-X Event Station page:

HOW TO CHANGE SDO-X GAME ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

1. Logon to https://secure2.cib.com.my/xdo/

2. Type the [Game Account(Game Username)] & [Password(Game Password)], TICK I’m not a robot, then press [Login]

3. Choose [Change Password]:

4. System will pop out message and need you to login your email for verification purpose:

5. Check is it your [GAME ACCOUNT], and press [CHANGE PASSWORD CONFIRM] to proceed:
*Sometime will be in your JUNK MAIL

6. Key in:
– Old password
– New Password
– Confirm New Password
TICK I’m not a robot, then press [Submit]
