Computer Setting Problem:

SOLUTION 1: Close UAC Setting & Re-install SDO-X Global client
For Window 7 user:
If you facing bugs,kindly TURN OFF your PC or Laptop UAC(User Account Control) setting
Go to Control Panal > User Account & Family Safety > User Account > Change User Account Control Setting and adjust to never notify > Restart your PC or Laptop

For Window 8 user:
If you are using Windows 8, kindly follow the step below:
Start > Search (column) > Type: Change User Account Settings > In the console, change the settings as per your requirement.
If you want to disable it, you can keep it at [Never notify] > Click OK > Restart your PC or Laptop

SOLUTION 2: Download DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) & DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer=> DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010)

After install BOTH of the driver, kindly Restart your PC or Laptop

SOLUTION 3: Download different type of d3d9.dll and replace it into SDO-X Global folder
Download:
Recommended: d3d9.dll(10240 32bit): Click HERE for the link.
Recommended: d3d9.dll(10586 32bit): Click HERE for the link.
Recommended: d3d9.dll(494 32bit): Click HERE for the link.

1) Download ONE of the d3d9.dll (Extract the file by using Winrar)
2) Right click SDO-X Global icon
3) Choose Open file location
4) Replace d3d9.dll that you just download

SOLUTION 4: Install nVdia old drivers (ONLY APPLICABLE TO nVdia user)
Download this 2 nVdia old drivers and install it:
Driver 411.70: Click HERE for the link.
Driver 399.24: Click HERE for the link.

After install BOTH of the driver, kindly Restart your PC or Laptop

SOLUTION 5:
(ONLY APPLICABLE TO WIN10 user)
Turn ON Play HDR games and apps
1) Start > Settings > System > Display
2) If you have multiple displays connected to your PC, choose the HDR-capable display under Select and rearrange displays
3) Select Windows HD Color settings
4) Under Display capabilities, check to make sure it says Yes next to Play HDR games and apps
5) Turn on Play HDR games and apps

SOLUTION 6: Move your SDO-X Global client from C:/ to D:/

SOLUTION 7: Uninstall Typical Windows Updates
1) Go to Start, use Search type: Update & security
2) Choose Recovery
3) Click Get started

Is your graphic card setting problem.
1) Go into your Resolution options.
2) When you have changed the res to what you need, Click advanced settings.
3) The top tab should say something like "Intel(R) Graphics and Media control panel", Click it.
4) Go to the scaling drop tab and select "Scale Full Screen" and Apply it.
5) Go back to your Resolution options and set the screen back to your preferred Resolution Settings
6) Test your game to see if it worked.

For nVdia:
For Laptop with Nvidia driver doesn't have display tab in the control panel, should use Intel HD Graphics control panel,
1) Go to Display option>> then set the resolution to 800x600
2) Choose "Scale Full Screen" then apply
SOLUTION 1: Run as Administrator
1) Right click SDO-X Global game icon
2) Click Properties
3) Click Compatibility(Tab at Top)
4) Go to Privilege Level, TICK: Run this program as an administrator
5) Click Apply & OK
SOLUTION 2: Change SDO-X Global Compatibility
1) Right Click SDO-X Icon
2) Click Properties
3) Click Compatibility(Tab at Top)
4) Go to Compatibility Mode, TICK at Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 7 or Windows 8
SOLUTION 3: Change to GOOGLE DNS
Google DNS:
Preferred: 8.8.8.8
Alternate: 8.8.4.4

You need to change system locale.
Kindly follow the step:
Start > Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Change keyboard or other input methods > Administrative (tab) > Change system locale > Chinese (Simplified, PRC) > Restart your PC or Laptop

WIN 10 User:
1) In search tab type "Region" and press enter.
2) In new window select "Administrative"
3) Then click on "change system locale"
4) Select the language.
You need to change system locale.
Kindly follow the step: Start > Setting > Time & language > Region & language(Left Hand side sidebar) > +Add a language > Chinese (Simplified, China)

Window 10 Problem:

Kindly make sure your SDO-X Global Folder have d3d9.dll in it
Download ONE of it:

Solution 1:

SDO-X need at least 4GB of RAM & 2GB of Graphic Card to support it.
Start > Search (column) > Type: dxdiag > Enter
Kindly use Search function that already build in at your PC or Laptop.
Start > Search (column) > Type: screensave or record (depends on what folder you want to find)> Enter

Maintenance time:

Normally SDO-X Global will having weekly maintenance at Thursday, time: 12pm until 2pm.


In-game system

Follow the steps below:
1) Close SDO-X Global Client
2) Delete setinfo.dat & iteminfo.dat that inside your SDO-X Global folder
3) Re-open your SDO-X Global Client
4) Go to SDO-X Global In-Game Item Shop (will take longer time to load)
5) Then check back the Items or Avatar, should be no problem
